TRAINING FOR ALL LEVELS

At Arión Box, we offer a comprehensive CrossTraining and functional training program tailored to each individual's goals. From high-intensity WODs to specific strength, endurance, and technique sessions. Each class is designed by certified coaches and conducted in small groups to ensure personalized attention.

It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or an experienced athlete: we scale and adapt each movement to your current level. The important thing is that you come with the desire to improve yourself.

ALL OUR CLASSES

WOD (WORKOUT OF THE DAY)

The core session of the box. Varied workouts every day that combine strength, endurance and technique. You never repeat the same routine, which keeps you motivated and ensures constant progress. Ideal for improving your overall fitness and working out in a community.

ENDURANCE

Classes focused on cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Longer sessions with rowing, assault bike, running and sustained low-intensity exercises. Ideal for improving your aerobic capacity and complementing strength training.

HYBRID

Workouts that combine the best of CrossTraining with hybrid strength and conditioning circuits. Combinations of gymnastic movements, weightlifting and metcon. Designed for those seeking variety, intensity and quick results.

WEIGHTLIFTING

Specific sessions to perfect Olympic movement techniques such as the snatch and clean & jerk. They improve strength, coordination, and power.

Gymnastics AND Core

Classes focused on gymnastic movements and body control, from pull-ups and handstands to specific core work for stabilization and strength.

OPEN BOX

Free space to train on your own inside the box. You can practice specific movements, repeat a past WOD, or focus on your personal goals, always with the center's full equipment at your disposal. Specific schedules available.

WHAT OUR CLASSES ARE LIKE

DURATION

Guided classes last 60 minutes. They include a warm-up, technical training, WOD/main workout, and cool-down with mobility exercises.

SMALL GROUPS

Maximum of 14 athletes per class and 10 in Open Box. This guarantees personalized attention and constant technical corrections from your coach.

FULLY SCALABLE

Each exercise is tailored to your level. We modify weight, repetitions, movements, and time so that you can complete your workout safely and effectively.
